Check-in / Check-out
To check in, you need to go to our agency, Immobiliare Stella. We will give you the keys of the apartment upon your arrival, after making the balance of the booking. In order to guarantee a good service, a punctual and fast check-in, it is necessary to have some information before your arrival:
- Filling in the tourist tax form.
- Document and health card of the contract holder.
To speed up further you can pay your reservation, even before your arrival.
The facility will be available from 15:00 to 18:30. Upon request, IF POSSIBLE AND IF REALLY REQUIRED, you can access in advance, with an additional supplement. Possibility also of being able to enter even after 18:30 or in the following days, with an additional supplement of € 25 (from 6.30 pm) or € 50 (for arrivals after 11.00 pm).
The property will be cleaned and prepared for the number of people indicated in the booking voucher.
Check-out will be done at our agency. It must be done WITHIN AND NOT LATER THAN 10.00 (any delays will be sanctioned with € 50 every hour of delay), leave the apartment in order by following the instructions below.
- Please DO NOT leave dirty pans and dishes.
- Please throw away the rubbish before leaving the apartment.
- If moving beds or furniture, they must be ordered as at check-in.

Damages and problems
When entering the apartment, if the guest notices any damage or any other problem, he must inform us within the first 24 hours after check-in, otherwise he will be held responsible.

Rules to respect during the holiday
The contract holder will be responsible for what happens inside the apartment.
- DO NOT SMOKE INSIDE THE APARTMENT.
- NOISE AND DISTURBANCES AFTER 11 HOURS IN THE EVENING, THEY WILL BE DISPUTED.

visitors
The contract holder must provide exact information on the number and identity of the group: only the persons indicated in the tourist tax form can access the property, unless otherwise agreed and previously agreed. The contract holder assumes responsibility and is aware that in the event of failure to comply with this point, he will be sanctioned with € 100 and in more serious cases with legal issues.

Stella real estate and the office will be present during check-in and will remain available to guests throughout their stay.

Located near the beach and Piazza Marina, the apartment is part of a condominium context, located on the first floor with lift.

The property is perfect for a peaceful summer holiday, but at the same time in a very strategic area for life in Jesolo.

The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, distributed in the sleeping area where the double bedroom is located and taking advantage of the bunk bed

The kitchen consists of a kitchenette equipped with every comfort and a dining table for guests.

The bathroom is complete with sanitary ware and shower cubicle, and has a window.

The apartment has double climate and washing machine.
